I have copied a print screen into Word. I would like to reference with an
arrow or "box" around the icon to show that it should be chosen. Is there a way to do this? |

Use the tools on that toolbar to draw whatever you want. If you draw a closed figure such as a rectangle, you'll need to click the Fill button on the toolbar and choose No Fill to let the enclosed item show through. Also look at the "callout" tool, which lets you enter text in a box with a connector to point to what's being described. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
