Document link in MS Word
Trying to insert link to another document.
Because the name of the document has an @ in it, MS is assuming it's an e-mail address and inserting a mailto: link. Try deleting the mailto: MS puts it back. Any ideas other than rename the target document to remove the @ ?? |

Document link in MS Word
Could the problem be that you are typing the file name )
rather than using the Insert Hyperlink command? In order to distinguish such a file name from an email address Word needs to know the complete path to the file. -- HTH |:) Bob Jones [MVP] Office:Mac "LLoraine" wrote in message ...
