I have a REALLY simple document that I have been using for a long time. Once
a year I have to change the year that the document references. Other than that there are no changes I open the file and print a copy whenever I have to send out information. The file does automatically change the date at the top but I never save it when I close. About 20% of the time when I open the file in Word 2007 and press print, the document reformats itself so that EVERY letter prints right on top of the others in the line. While this makes for a highly secure document it is not useful. I close the file, double click to open it and it is fine. Any thoughts? Is there a known problem I am hitting? Peter Richardson |
