Keeping comments from appearing when opening document
I am familiar with how to switch off comments, however, comments
authomatically reappear the next time the doc is opened. I wish to keep them off unless selected for viewing. Currently to hide comments I am deselcting Markup under the view column, or in the Reviewing toolbar chossing Original or Final. What must I do to keep them from automatically showing the next time the doc is opened? |

try Tools\Options\Security tabe and uncheck"Mark hidden markup visible when
