Next time you paste - choose the smart tag paste option and change the
default back to Keep Source Formatting. Or, inside your email message, click the Office button, and select Editor Options. Then click the Advanced tab and adjust your Cut, Copy and Paste settings: -- Dawn Crosier Microsoft MVP "Education Lasts a Lifetime" This message was posted to a newsgroup, Please post replies and questions to the group so that others can learn as well. Is there any way to actually restore the default settings for Word 07? I dont
know what i did to change mine but now my word wont display any pictures or objects like equation objects. They just display blank boxes. The pictures and objects are there when i go to print preview and want to to print but they just wont display on the screen. Also there is a dotted line border around my page when i open word. How do i get rid of this and restore to my original settings? thanks "Dawn Crosier, Word MVP" wrote: Next time you paste - choose the smart tag paste option and change the default back to Keep Source Formatting. Click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Advanced
category, make sure that "Show drawings and text boxes on screen" is checked, and that "Show picture placeholders" is cleared. To hide the dotted line, clear the "Show text boundaries" option. You'll find all of these options under the "Show document content" heading. When you are done, click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "terence638l" wrote in message ...
