I have designed several forms using the forms toolbar in Word 2000. My OS is
WinXP Pro. After protecting the forms, I can click on the checkboxes and toggle the x on and off just fine. The problem comes after I place the forms on our Intranet for others to use. When others on our network (some using Win 2000 Pro and some using Win XP, but all using Word 2000) open the forms and click on the checkboxes, they disappear. If I use their computer to create the form and post it to the network, the checkboxes disappear when I click on them. Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there a solution?
