Hi,

I have a user who has all her tracked changes coming out in white. I have
done the following:

Changed the settings (tools, options, tracked changes to a colour), but as
soon as I exit it goes back to custom, custom being white.
Replaced her normal.dot
Deleted her profile - this worked for a period of time, but she now says
it's back to custom (which is white).

Utterly frustrating as with the exception of the preview panel, any changes
she makes are not shown as all the mark-ups are in white text.

I understand you cannot change the colours as selected by microsoft for
reviewers, but I was sure that I had read that white was not on the microsoft
spectrum anyway in terms of choosing a random colour. That being said, the
fact that I have actually tried to choose one colour (as opposed to "by
author") and it still does not work.

Any help would be most appreciated.
