Default Track Changes On For All Documets as Default

Is there anyway to have track changes on by default when you open Word
(2003)? I have my normal.dot set to have it on in new documents, but I
want it on for incoming documents as well.

Thanks!

ActiveDocument.TrackRevisions = True

to an autoopen macro in normal.dot
