I have a template for labels in Word 2003 with Autotext entries for the
addressees I use on a regular basis. Is it possible to copy this to Outlook to save me having to create new contacts? TIA |

If you insert all the entries into a Word document and create a data file
http://www.gmayor.com/convert_labels...mail_merge.htm in comma delimited format, then you can import that into Outlook's contacts. How much work is involved will depend on the format of the addresses. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org oe wrote: I have a template for labels in Word 2003 with Autotext entries for the addressees I use on a regular basis.
