Default I lost my normal.dot macros. How do I recover?

None of my macros appear in the dialouge box. This includes the standards
ones that come with Word.

How do I recover my macros that I created and the ones that come with Word?

There are no 'standard' macros that are installed with Word. Personal macros
are (by default) stored in normal.dot. If you have deleted or overwritten
normal.dot and you don't have a backup, the macros are gone.
