I'm using Office 2000, Vista Home Basic. I need to produce nametags
using standard Avery material. The name tags will have a JPG image background graphic. I ave been having trouble doing this. If I create the mail merge doc and insert the graphics prior to defining the merge fields, then insert the merge fields, it seems I can't select the graphic thereafter. Is this true, or am I missing something. Thanks! Optiker |

To select the graphic, you need to display the Drawing toolbar and click on
the selection tool on that toolbar. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis.
