1. The latest version of Office proofing tool does not have Japanese Spell
checking capabilities. Is that correct?
I am looking for Japanese dictionary to spell check Japanese text outside
of Office applications. I do not want to install whole office-word
application on the machine if other capabilities of word application is not
required.

2. Is there a site within Microsoft.com that explains how to use proofing
tools?
