[Merging Nametags]

My nametag shell is spaced exactly the same for 6 names to be merged onto the
sheet. After the merge, the 2nd row is moved down one return; 3rd row an
additional return

It's not completely clear what you are doing

Your "shell"?


Are you preparing these nametags using a "labels" type merge that uses a
table to lay out the nametags or are you laying out fields on a regular page
with no table? If the latter, I suggest you try the former.
