Good morning, I am trying to find a way to auto update a field in a table
which calculates the total of the column above, (without having to physically press F9). Any help is appreciated. Cheers |

You will have to press something (unless the calculation comes from the
contents of form fields) - the update macro at http://www.gmayor.com/installing_macro.htm attached to a keyboard shortcut or toolbar button should do the trick. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org Maria wrote: Good morning, I am trying to find a way to auto update a field in a table which calculates the total of the column above, (without having to physically press F9).
