Used to be you could select the option to always be warned before saving or
printing a document that contained tracked changes. I don't see this option anywhere in 2007. Is it not longer necessary for some reason? |

You can receive a prompt by doing the following (note that this option is
supposed to document-specific but in my experience it affects all documents!): Microsoft Office button Word Options Trust Center (in the left pane) Trust Center settings (at the bottom of the right pane) Privacy Options (in the left pane) Under Document specific setting, check the Warn before printing, saving or sending a file that contains tracked changes or comments check box Click OK twice "Xena's Mom" wrote: Used to be you could select the option to always be warned before saving or printing a document that contained tracked changes. Is there a way to turn this off Globally? Registry Hack ?
