If you use the Label dialog and click the New Document button, or use a prepared label/business card template, the result is a one-page document containing a table, with the cells sized to match the cards in the perforated stock. Set up the first card in the top left cell of the table. Then select that cell, copy it to the clipboard, then select the entire table and paste. That will fill all the cells with copies of the first one. Alternatively, use the macro from the bottom of http://www.gmayor.com/graphics_on_labels.htm. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
