I would like to be able to change the inserted picture and keep it within the
same setup as I initially created, not just create a new picture setup. Any suggestions? -- Jim |

If you initially inserted the picture as a link, instead of just pasting it in, then you can display the field code (right click and choose Toggle Field Codes) and type in the address of the new picture file. Then right click again and choose Update Field. If it was pasted in, or inserted without linking, then select the picture in the document and either paste over it or use Insert Picture From File. In either case you'll probably have to adjust the sizing. The way to avoid that is to insert a table and click Table AutoFit Fixed Column Width, then insert your pictures into the table's cells where they'll automatically resize to fit the cell width. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
