Default overwie of mathematical equations

Hi!

I want to use the Word equations function to insert custom equations. I
don't want to create them by clicking around but to write them.
Is there an overview of the syntax (a^2 - a², ..) that shows how to create
equations all over the mathematical bandwith?

thank you in advance!
