[Iamlost]

When I write in Word 2003 the document appears in columns. I do not want
columns, I want a normal letter. How do I get rid of this format which
apparently is automatically being created every time I open a new document.

Please Help!

There's absolutely no point in posting the same issue repeatedly. This isn't
some sort of emergency response team - you need to wait for a reply. Be
patient - it will come (usually) but it's entirely possible that the post
may not even show up for hours:-)
