Default Trouble with images displaying in word

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could me out with the following?
A fellow employee changed some settings in Word, and now she can view
pictures in print preview but they won't display in the normal view??

In the Options dialog, make sure the "Drawings" box on the View tab is
checked and the "Picture placeholders" box is not checked.

Note that pictures with any Text Wrapping except "in line with text"
won't appear in Normal view, ever. They will appear in Print Layout
view and in Print Preview.
