Default Switch view back to old version

How do I switch the look of Word 2007 menu's and toolbars back to the way it
used to look back in 2003? I can see the concept MS is trying to achieve,
but for now, it doesn't seem to work for me. If I can not do that, are there
any alternatives? Thanks much.

You don't! What you see is how it now works.
