Default how do I print a second sheet

Word 2003 is able to select letterhead for the first sheet and a different
tray for the remainder using laser printers. Word 2007 using the same
printer will only print all pages from the same tray. Is there a fix for
this?

the tray assignments in Word are dependent on the used printer driver.
Possibly, your Word 2007 machine is printing to the same printer, but
uses a different printer driver (say, from a Vista PC)? You need to
assign the trays when this driver is active in Word.
