I have a document I typed in English (American) and I need to send it to an
individual who reads German. I would like to translate may finished document into German before I send it to them. Can I do this in Word 2002? (Office XP) If so, how? If not, where can I find translation tools on the web? |

For starters: http://www.tranexp.com/ http://www.translation-guide.com/ and of course http://babel.altavista.com Here's what Babelfish (the last link) thinks is the German of your message: quote Ich habe ein Dokument, das ich auf englisch (amerikanisch) schrieb und ich muß es einer Einzelperson schicken, die Deutschen liest. Ich möchte übersetzen kann fertiges Dokument in Deutschen, bevor ich es ihnen schicke. Kann ich dies in Wort 2002 tun? (Office XP) wenn so, wie? Wenn nicht, wo kann ich Übersetzungshilfsmittel auf dem Netz finden? /quote And here's what Babelfish thinks its German means in English: quote I have a document, which I wrote in English (American) and I must it to an individual send, who reads Germans. It strikes me that Babelfish's translation of English into German is
superior to the reverse. My German is not that good, but this German looks pretty good to me. Of course, the English may look good to a German speaker, too. g -- Suzanne S.
