Default Track changes

I am reviewing a document with track changes turned on. The document already
contains some changes from "Author". I have now reviewed and made my changes
to the same document (my changes are showing in a different color and when
you hover it shows my name). However, I have now gone to save the document,
using "save as", and all my changes are now the same color as "Author" and my
name also shows up, upon hovering, as Author. ???? Can anyone tell me why
this would happen?? Driving me nuts! =)

Default Track changes

What you see is a result of having the option Tools Options Security tab
"Remove personal information from file properties on save" turned on. If

you turn off the option, the individual author names will remain.
