Anyone know where it is and how to work it and/or how to unolck and lock it?? I need to be able to click on the shaded area and have a drop-down field open up to choose my options. |

I need to be able to click on the shaded area and have a drop-down field open up to choose my options. First click the Office button, click Word Options at the bottom of the menu, and check the box for "Show Developer tab in the ribbon". Click the Developer tab. In the Controls group, click the Legacy Tools button (fourth one in the bottom row), where you'll find the Forms tools. The Protect Document button is on the Developer tab and also at the far right on the Review tab. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |
