Default Page numbering looks ok but doesn't print correctly: this is a tou

MS Word 2000
In the header I'm using the Insert AutoText function Page X of Y. As you
know this puts the page number and the total page number on each page. For
example, if I have three pages it will show Page 1 of 3 on the first page,
Page 2 of 3 on the second and so forth. That function is working fine. And
when I look at the document using Print Preview it looks correct. BUT, when I
print the three pages I get the following: Page 1 of 1, Page 2 of 2, and
finally Page 3 of 3. Everything I've tried will not fix it when I print the
document.

Here's the kicker, when I print it from someone elses computer it prints
correctly. So that must mean it's a setting on my PC.
