I'm in the process of creating a new normal.dot to roll out to all our users,
with agreed changes. I'm curious about the Default tray option, within the "Options for current document only" on the Options - Print page. I've done a pretty thorough search through here and the Microsoft Site, (and Crabby!) but can't find anything that explains it well. Can anyone help me? History: Essentially we have some printers setup with different paper in each tray, so when someone has to print a two page letter, they choose that quick set and they should get the first page on headed and the second page on continuous paper - however this is no longer working and we've ruled out an issue printer side. I now believe this has something to do with Word and I'm trying to track down a cause. All suggetions/help appreciated. Thank you. |
