I am coordinating my companies policy site through our intranet. Our
policies are in RTF format and then sent through a workflow tool. The
workflow tool was created to accept only RTF documents. However, when the
document in RTF format goes through the workflow and posts on the intranet,
the format changes. For example, We have standard formatting for the body of
the document and once it has gone through the tool, the whole thing turns
bold.

Any help with this issue will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!!
