Default Excel inserted in Word formatting

We have a template we've used for quite a while without problem. Some people
have upgraded to Office 2007 and some of us haven't. Only one of the people
that has upgraded is having this issue... The "borders" in the table change
whenever info is entered, some becoming very bold. It disappeared once while
I was messing with margins, but can't get it to print normal this time.
