I would like to create a number of different templates and make them
available to everyone's computer on my team. I would like them to be able to
in Word click on File - New and have all of these templates show on their
computer. I seem to remember that there is a way to do this but I can't seem
to remember how. If I go to Tools - Options -File Locations what path do I
change the "user templates" path? If I go to Tools - Options - File Location
the "Workgroup templates" have no path. Should I create a path in the
Workgroup templates by clicking "Modify" and save the template there? I am
using Word 2003

Yes, the Workgroup Templates location in the dialog is meant to give you a
place for shared templates. Put the templates in a folder that everyone can
access, and have each user point their Workgroup Templates location to that
folder. Just changing that setting on your computer isn't enough, everyone
else has to set the same thing.
