In the header or footer, type "Page " and click the Insert Page Number
button (on the Header and Footer toolbar), then type " of " and click the Insert Number of Pages button. Then select the entire construction, press Alt+F3, and save it with your preferred name (the built-in entry is called "Page X of Y"). -- Suzanne S.
