I have inserted a watermark (picture) into a word document, despite ticking
the 'washout' box I still find that the watermark is intrusive when text is added above it. Is there any way to further reduce the intensity of the watermark? Thannks for your assistance |

View | Header and Footer to get access to the graphic. Double-click it to
open the Format Picture dialog. On the Picture tab, adjust the brightness and contrast as desired. You can also do this directly using the Brightness and Contrast buttons on the Picture toolbar that will be displayed when you select the picture. -- Suzanne S.
