Convert to Endnotes.
Select the the footnote, Mouse Right Click, Convert to Endnote. This is for 2003 and prior, not sure about 2007. Hope this helps DeanH "Robin" wrote: I have a two page document with footnotes on each page. How can I force the footnotes to appear together on the last page of the document? |

Hi Robin,
I think instead of using footnote, use Endnote. Follow these steps, Create a new section starting at page 1, Create another section after page 2 Go back to Page 1 Then from Insert--Reference, choose 'End note' and 'End of section' HTH, -- Pranav Vaidya VBA Developer PN, MH-India If you think my answer is useful, please rate this post as an ANSWER!!
