I have a two page document with footnotes on each page. How can I force the
footnotes to appear together on the last page of the document?

Convert to Endnotes.
Select the the footnote, Mouse Right Click, Convert to Endnote.
This is for 2003 and prior, not sure about 2007.
Hope this helps

Hi Robin,

I think instead of using footnote, use Endnote.
Follow these steps,

Create a new section starting at page 1,
Create another section after page 2
Go back to Page 1
Then from Insert--Reference, choose 'End note' and 'End of section'
