Default Apple files on a PC

I have some mac files that were sent to my pc. Is there a way to open and
read them? Thanks.

There is no such thing as a Mac file. Files belong to applications, not
Mac or Windows. What's a Windows file?

If the file was created in Word on a Mac, then it will open in Word on
Windows fine. You might need to manually add .doc to the filename.

What kind of file is it, and what problems are you having? What happens
when you try to open them?
