I have some mac files that were sent to my pc. Is there a way to open and

There is no such thing as a Mac file. Files belong to applications, not
Mac or Windows. What's a Windows file? If the file was created in Word on a Mac, then it will open in Word on Windows fine. You might need to manually add .doc to the filename.
