How do you set up a template within headers and footers and not have the
template carry forward on second pages and on? |

Word Headers - Second Page and on
On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different first page."
Put your header/footer information in the primary Header and Footer and leave the First Page Header/Footer blank.
