I used to make my text bigger or smaller by using a short commando:
Ctrl-Alt-Y - and smaller by using Ctrl-Alt-Y In the newest version of Word it is not possible to do it this way. Irritating, because I am used to do it like that. How can I find a new short commando for this? -- hege |

I don't see how the same shortcut key could be used for both increasing and
reducing font size, but there are built-in command that will do this: Ctrl+ = GrowFont Ctrl+ = ShrinkFont Ctrl+] = GrowFontOnePoint Ctrl+[ = ShrinkFontOnePoint The first pair change the font size based on the sizes listed in the Font Size dropdown. The second pair increase/decrease the size by one point. Sometimes these will do the same thing (in the case of 10, 11, 12 points, for example), but a difference can be seen when using Ctrl+ and Ctrl+] on 12-point type. The former will increase it to 14-point, the latter to 13-point. -- Suzanne S.
