I'm using word 2007 and have 500 addresses entered in the following format:
NAME ADDRESS 1 ADDRESS 2 PHONE Cannot get them into the proper able format for mail merge. Have also converted to excel and although each field is in its own cell, it is vertical and still not working. Thanks. |
