The merge I started to do yesterday now works fine with the upper case
needed, etc., but I found that the resulting merges have the labels all run together. In other words, there is no space at the bottom of the page. For file folder labels (for example), there are more than 30 labels for page (Avery 5066). The bottom part that should be empty space has a row of labels there. I'm guessing there is some sort of code I should put in the last record of the one-page of labels I made as my main document so that Word knows to start a new page? Pls advise and thanks much! I'll be able to easily do up the 5 separate labels needed for the 4 files and hanging file folders for each employee in our filing cabinet yet only will have to type the name in once in the Excel data spreadsheet! Forgotten how much merge could be fun! ![]() |
