I am copying and pasting text that is from a website. It then put them into
table (lots of tables). This is due to how the website is created. The table are fine after pasting. The problem is when I try to apply two columns, the tables reconfigure as wanted but some disappear leaving large blanks between sections. Some section even switch from column to column. I've never seen/heard of this, any help is appreciated. God Bless -- www.silverbirddesigns.com Fighting Texas Aggie Class of 2009 |

Paste the contents as "Unformatted Text," via the Paste Special dialog box.
This will give you more control over the formatting. To display the Paste Special dialog box: - Edit | Paste Special (Word 97-2003). - Home tab | Paste | Paste Special (Word 2007). -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "Texas Aggie" wrote in message ...
