The mail merge document has been created in Word. For some reason it only
pulled 214 records from the Excel database. Thinking it was a problem with the data, I went in and removed several records. When I tried again, the merge again stopped at record 214 (even though it was a new name for that entry.) I am not detecting any gaps (empty columns or rows) that would make the merge think it had reached the end of the data. Any other factors that could fool the program in that way? Your help is appreciated! M~ |
