Using drawing tools within a form
I have created a form in which I have many sections protected and some
unprotected so they can be edited. At the end of my document, I have diagrams in which I need to be able to draw rectangles and add text. This section of the document is unprotected but all of the drawing tools are grayed out and unusable the minute I protect any sections of the document. Any suggestions. -- Ruth |

The drawing tools (and others) are always disabled when there is any protected section anywhere in the document. The only alternative I can think of would be to create the drawings and text in another document and paste them into the unprotected section of the form. -- Regards, Jay Freedman Microsoft Word MVP FAQ: http://word.mvps.org Email cannot be acknowledged; please post all follow-ups to the newsgroup so all may benefit. |

Thanks Jay, When I tried pasting the objects in, the drawings still did not
come with it. -- Ruth "Jay Freedman" wrote: Ruth wrote: I have created a form in which I have many sections protected and some unprotected so they can be edited.
