Default how do i insert from sqlserver to my word document?

i am trying to use fax console in windows server 2003 as my fax server, I
want to fill the receptions name automatically from my sqlserver database in
a word document and fax it to a number that is currently stored in the
sqlserver table!

Default how do i insert from sqlserver to my word document?

Ask in a programming newsgroup such as microsoft.public.word.vba.general
and/or in a newsgroup that deals with SQL (assuming there is one).
