In the style task pane in xp and 2003 you could select all text with the same
style so you can change everything to a different style. Is this possible in 2007? How? |

First ensure OfficeButtonWord OptionsAdvancedEditing OptionsKeep Track
of Formatting is checked. Then click the small symbol (I don't know what it is called) at the bottom right corner of the Styles Group on the Home tab. Go to the style you want to select and click the dropdown arrow on the right of the style name. There is an option ot select # instances. -- Greg Maxey/Word MVP See: http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/word_tips.htm For some helpful tips using Word. glo wrote: In the style task pane in xp and 2003 you could select all text with the same style so you can change everything to a different style.
