I have Australian date format in my system but when I use the fax templates
from microsoftthey wont let me change the dates to Australian format dd,mm,yr |

What kind of date is this? If the date has been inserted into the template,
as a field, you can change the underlying field code to get the desired formatting. On the other hand, if you are adding the date, via an AutoComplete suggestion, make sure to change the language of text to Australian English. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "JSPA" wrote in message ...
