If you have have a Japanese edition of Microsoft Word/Office 2003 and have installed the optional features the Postcard Greetings
Wizard should be in Tools=Letters and Mailings. There is also an entry in
Tools=Autocorrect Options=Autoformat as you type
that launches it.

If I recall correctly the Japanese Postcard Greetings Wizard is not included in the English languge editions.
