I have a merged field called TOTAL that shows 73
How do I format his this to show $73.00 Thanks |

If it is a true merge field, then you type the $ and the .00 in the data

You add a formatting switch to the merge field. In this case, it would be \#
$#.00. See Word's Help topic "Numeric Picture (\#) field switch" and http://www.gmayor.com/formatting_word_fields.htm -- Suzanne S.
