Default letter, font, cursor thingy problem

for some reason when I type it seems to only be showing the bottom half of
the cursor and the letters. I cannot figure out what on Earth is going
on...Please help! .

Default letter, font, cursor thingy problem

Check the Line Spacing, in the Paragraph dialog box. Make sure it is set to
"Single."

To display the dialog box:

- Format | Paragraph (Word 2003).

- In the Paragraphs group on the Home ribbon tab, click the dialog launcher
button (bottom right).
