Default how do I delete the footer from the last page of a document only

I want footers (for initials) on all pages of a contract but the last one. I
can't delete that one without deleting all of them.

Use a conditional field:

{ IF { PAGE } { NUMPAGES } "Type contents here" "" }

To insert each pair of field delimiters, { }, press Ctrl+F9. Type the code.
Press F9 to update the selected fields. Use Alt+F9 to show/hide field codes.
