Hi All,
I am creating a mail merge letter that has a variable that could merge several different messages into each student's letter. I would like each message to have a bullet in front of it. I have tried to put a bullet in front of the variable however only the first message has the bullet the rest do not. What am I missing? |

From where do the messages come? Are they in the different fields in the
data source and some of those fields only contain data for some of the students? If that is the case, you would need If...then...Else field constructions that inserts the formatted mergefield if it contains data and does not insert anything if it does not. -- Hope this helps. Please reply to the newsgroup unless you wish to avail yourself of my services on a paid consulting basis. Doug Robbins - Word MVP "NJB2112" wrote in message ... Thanks Doug
The messages are comming from one data field from a Higher Education database. I have been contact by a co-worker and have created a macro that when run will add a bullet to each message. Thank you for you input. Neva "Doug Robbins - Word MVP" wrote: From where do the messages come?
