During closing - automatic attempt to save normal.dotm
For some reason, everytime I try to close word, it always tries to save
normal.dotm. When I click on the SAVE button, nothing happens. clicking on cancel produces an error: The following error has occurred: 5155 This file is read-only. I have checked for and deleted any temp files. I have also run diagnostics, and tried a repair. Nothing so far works. There are no permissions on the file. What do I need to do? Thank you |
